I been seeing Dr. Anya for the last 3 years and there is one word to describe her, intelligent. After visiting so many psychiatrists that I simply underestimated because they don’t really care or aren’t smart enough to understand you I found Dr. Anya and it was great. Miami Hypnosis and Therapy is incredible. At first I was suspicious and though that hypnosis didn’t work or was short term. After meeting with Anya I learned that she went to graduate school at Columbia in NY where she studied psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. She’s extremely accredited and qualified. She uses psychotherapy with a dash of hypnotherapy. It has been the most effective program to date. I’ve gone to many counselors for years and nothing has worked until Anya.
